Do you work with curly and textured hair?
Yes. Anny is our curly hair specialist and has extensive training in cutting, styling, and caring for all curl types and textures. She uses dry cutting techniques for accurate shaping and can help you develop a curl care routine that keeps your natural texture looking its best.
What products do you use?
We use professional grade products from Redken, Schwarzkopf, Wella, and Olaplex. These are salon exclusive formulations that deliver superior results compared to drugstore alternatives. We carry a full retail selection in the salon so you can take home the same products your stylist uses during your service.
How do I get to the salon from Bank Street?
From Bank Street in Centretown, head east on any of the main cross streets (Somerset, Laurier, or Gloucester) toward Rideau Street. Turn left on Rideau, follow it past the Rideau Centre, then turn left on Dalhousie Street. We're at 222 Dalhousie. The whole drive is about 5 to 8 minutes.
Do you offer evening appointments?
Yes. We're open until 8 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which is perfect for Centretown residents who work regular business hours and prefer to book after work. We recommend booking evening appointments in advance as these time slots tend to fill up quickly.
Is a consultation required for new clients?
While not technically required, we strongly recommend it, especially for colour services. The consultation is complimentary and gives us the information we need to deliver the best possible results. For simple services like a trim, the consultation happens at the start of your appointment and only takes a few minutes.
