Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

This policy covers hair care products bought through this website. Salon services are covered by our Terms & Policies page.
Exchanges
We do not refund products, but we will exchange unopened packages for any other product. To arrange an exchange, ask within 30 days after your order is delivered. Email info@salonrouge.ca or call 613 241 1110 with your order number, and we will reply with instructions, including how return shipping works. Please do not send anything back before we approve the exchange, because we cannot accept packages that were not approved first.

What we cannot exchange
For hygiene and safety, we cannot exchange products that have been opened or used, except items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, which are covered below.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number so we can look into it. If the mistake is ours, we will exchange the item and cover the return shipping.
Warranty on flat irons and blow dryers
Flat irons and blow dryers carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover misuse, neglect of maintenance or physical damage. To make a claim, email info@salonrouge.ca or call 613 241 1110 with your order number.
Refunds
We do not refund products. The only refunds are for orders we cannot fill and for orders canceled before they ship, whether you or we cancel them. We refund these in full to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at info@salonrouge.ca. Shipping charges are not refunded once an order has shipped.
