We’re dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience — from the moment you place your order to the time your products arrive at your door. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing, delivery, and shipping terms.



Processing & Handling Times


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another when your items have shipped.


If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, you’ll be notified by email.



Shipping & Delivery


We offer free delivery on order's over $100 within Canada for all products, with most orders arriving within 3–4 business days via DHL, Canada Post, UPS, or USPS Express (Monday–Friday).


In the event of a delay, we will contact you immediately to provide an update.


Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Mon–Fri)

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)


Some items may be shipped from different salon or warehouse locations, which can result in longer handling or delivery times. Multiple-item orders may also arrive in separate shipments.



Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on all orders over $99.00 in Canada

Orders under $100.00 are subject to tiered shipping and handling rates based on carrier pricing


Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.



Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.


Ensure that your email address is accurate to receive all order and tracking notifications.


Note: Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered shipped and cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders that have shipped fall under our Return & Refund Policy.



Return Shipping


If an error occurs on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), Salon Rouge will cover all return shipping costs.


For other returns, please contact us at info@salonrouge.ca to discuss available options. We may provide discounted return shipping rates, which would then be deducted from your total refund.


Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


If you use a freight forwarder, please ensure all items are inspected before shipping outside of Canada, as we are not responsible for any items reshipped internationally.



Authenticity Guarantee


We proudly stand behind the authenticity of all our products. Every item sold through Salon Rouge is sourced directly from trusted brand partners and verified distributors.



Product Images & Packaging


Our team regularly updates product photos to reflect the most current manufacturer packaging. If a product you receive looks slightly different from the image shown online, rest assured it is the same authentic product — we’re simply in the process of updating our visuals.



Quantity Adjustments


To optimize shipping, some orders may arrive in multiple smaller packages totaling the full quantity purchased, or occasionally in larger quantities as a bonus to our customers.



Fraud Prevention


To maintain a secure shopping environment, all frequent or suspicious return requests are subject to review. Salon Rouge reserves the right to deny purchases or refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.



Governing Law


This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any matters relating to this Shipping Policy.
